Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During this period, our team carefully reviews order details, performs quality checks, prepares secure packaging, and ensures each shipment meets our standards before dispatch.

Business days: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays)
Orders placed after 7:00 PM (EST) will be processed starting the next business day
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the following business day

This process helps us maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency for every order.

Delivery Time

Once processing is complete, orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days for U.S. destinations.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on:

Shipping destination
Carrier workload
Weather conditions
Rural or remote delivery areas
Peak shopping seasons

During high-volume periods such as holidays, Black Friday, or nationwide courier congestion, both processing and transit times may be extended. For time-sensitive purchases or gifts, we strongly recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks in advance.

Additional Processing for Customized or Large Orders

Customized Items

Orders that include personalization—such as custom prints, names, artwork, or unique designs—may require an additional 1–3 business days for processing. This ensures design accuracy and production quality before shipment.

Bulk Orders

Bulk or wholesale orders exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days for processing, depending on inventory availability and production capacity. We prioritize quality and efficiency for all large-volume orders.

Same-day processing applies only to orders placed before 7:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fee

All domestic orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.

This flat rate supports consistent packaging quality, secure handling, and dependable delivery across all orders.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

Alaska & Hawaii
U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa)
P.O. Boxes
APO / FPO / DPO military addresses

These limitations are due to carrier and logistical constraints. We may expand shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system
During peak seasons, updates may appear slower but will reflect accurate progress once scanned

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and other high-demand shopping periods), shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

To avoid inconvenience, we strongly recommend ordering 2–3 weeks in advance for holidays or special events.
